How to get support

Web Support

For online support, you need to login to our Self-Service Support Portal where you can view or update open Cases, create new Cases, or search the Knowledge Base for known issues and fixes.

To login you need to visit the login page found in the Menu on the left side of this page.

If you do not have a User ID and Password, or have forgotten your Password please send an email to Support-TrustBroker@CyberSafe.com and provide your company details, full name, email address and telephone number. 

Email Support

We provide email support for customers of our TrustBroker products. To use this, you need to start by sending an email to Support-TrustBroker@CyberSafe.com giving details of your question or problem. You will then receive a reply to your email, giving you a unique Case number. If you have access to our Self-Service Support Portal, you can then view and update this Case in the Portal, but you can also reply to the email you received to update the Case and interact with the Support Consultant assigned to help you.
